      Pros

      It is a great company and the people are very welcoming and friendly. My manager helps me with everything a need. She taught me all the activities with patience. And I feel very happy here. The fact the it is totaly remote is also something that I enjoy a lot, it is aligned with my life purpuse.

      Cons

      So far things are pretty great. Nothing to add as a negative.

      Pros

      - Being able to work with a diverse team/ - Experienced teams, which foments discussions and innovations - Benefits are great - Competitive sallary - Everyone is collaborative - Flexibility and care about wellness of their employees

      Cons

      - As a global company, managing multiple timezones can be confusing at first, but that's a known issue doesn't matter the company. And also people here are really comprehensive and aware of each ones necessities, which helps a lot!

      I've been working at Playlist for 6 months and it's been a great experience. Everyone that I interacted with were kind and ready to help and the company has a positive environment living their core values.

      Cons

      As most of the companies that are around for more than a decade, we have legacy systems that need to be maintain that are not very well documented. The company provides great tools to help handling that.
