Pros

What stands out at Playlist is the real impact you can make. Good ideas move fast and ownership matters. The company is clearly investing in the future, with strong upgrades across the Mindbody and ClassPass platforms, and the progress is visible. Benefits are exceptional. 21 Wellness Days plus public holidays is something I’ve honestly never seen before. Healthcare is competitive, there is Carrot fertility support (up to $10K), a lifestyle spending account, and ClassPass membership. Despite how rich the offering is, benefits are meaningfully cheaper than at any of my previous employers.

Cons

Fast pace, high expectations, constant change. Not a place to coast.
