Great and challenging place to work

Pros

You will learn a lot- the company moves fast and it can be exciting for someone who wants to learn and grow and learn to be agile Really great culture and benefits Work life balance- but you have to ensure your own boundaries, but the culture here allows it! The people- the team I work with is incredible The products are great- Mindbody + ClassPass are both products I've used or still use currently. LinkedIn Learning accounts and opportunities for professional development The CEO and company are still committed to DEI initiatives

Cons

Comp is a bit below market rate for a SaaS/software company, but the benefits are strong which really helps Fast paced- can be a con for the wrong person, however many people thrive in that kind of environment. Career growth in title is hard- it take a lot to earn a promotion but the Talent Development opportunities are still really good.

A fast-paced environment, where you feel like your work directly contributes to the success of the company, regardless of your role.

Cons

There are a lot of simultaneous moving parts over a global geography. It does require time and dedication. It is not a 9-5 gig.
