      Pros

      Culture is very flexible. I work remotely, and teams respect personal time and local holidays, plus wages are higher than the market and we get additional benefits and unlimited PTO. Also, once a year we go on an offsite to meet our team in person, this time we went to Bahamas and had a great time!

      Cons

      This tech company is a bit old and has an almost infinite list of product offerings, which makes it hard sometimes to track everything going on, but as we modernize our operations more opportunities to learn appear!

      Playlist is a global tech company going through transformational change and tremendous growth. I've had such an incredible experience as a leader in their People & Culture team. I'm constantly challenged, innovating with new practices, and laying an important foundation for future growth. The talent here is top notch, benefits are incredible, and the flexibility to work from anywhere is unmatched.

      If you don't like constant change, this is not the place for you.
