Pros

PG was a great place to meet fun and talented colleagues who quickly become friends as well. A wonderful opportunity to work in the games industry, learn from those who are great at what they do, and exercise lots of ownership.

Cons

The games industry as a whole has a difficult time providing competitive liquid compensation to more traditional, publicly traded tech firms aiming to attract the same high-end talent. San Francisco has a high cost of living.

The benefits are great. The working atmosphere is great, though we've not been in office. It's still very considerate of needs and time off. The team is great that I work with directly. The work is challenging. The pay is good.
