If you have financial issues, build friendships, build your resume, have as a first job, a high school job, gain customer service skills

Cons

Management does not respect employees, minimum instructions from management or from self-promoted management, made to work off of the clock

Pros

Flexibility with your schedule, depending on who is the store owner. They take your personal life to consideration. Raises are small but frequent.

Cons

Customers, you get the lowest of the lows. Managers don't care about their workers when it comes to really working. Put their customers above their employees.

Pros

The R&D Center was based inside the Corporate Office. Anytime new menu items that were created the employees were given an opportunity to sample and give our feedback. We also had the opportunity to use the gym in the building. We had healthfairs every year. During flu season we had a nurse to come in and give flu shoots at a discounted rate. The company would allow the employees to travel to high profile events. We had excellent benefits including bonus checks each year. During company meetings names are put in a hat and pulled for prizes including cash.

Cons

There are no downsides to working at Popeyes. The only downside I can think of is gaining weight from eating the best chicken and side items in town. : - )
