      they truly value professionalism and the satisfaction of each and every individual customer

      Cons

      no diversity and barely anybody there speaks english along with the fact i constantly feel singled out and embarrassed that i'm one of the only ones that can speak english but yet isn't really seen as a being necessary asset or having an important role.

      most of the people I work with are great

      the store manager will take hours off your already worked hours to avoid OT don't come in on your day off it's not worth it nobody should work for free

      Pros

      I enjoy cooking. My coworkers were, broadly speaking, very cool, and the managers who were actually from our store were decent people.

      Cons

      We kept getting ping-ponged between 'you guys are doing great, no store is doing as well as us right now' and 'that was a disastrous inspection.' Our hours kept getting cut back further and further and I was sent home early nearly every day by the end of my time there because it was slow. Our staff turnover was constant and it was hard to keep up with how many people were getting hired and fired, and people brought in from other stores acted like they ran the place and grated on nearly all of us there.
