      Pros

      The corporate office is a fun place to work with activities for employees and there is always food.

      Cons

      There is no work like balance. Most weeks I average 50-60 hours a week. When I discussed with management, they would just say everyone works just as hard and it was expected.

      Pros

      Local franchise owner is generous with bonuses for General and Assistant General managers. The work isn't overly difficult and the food is very good. Starting pay for assistant managers is competitive and the owner prefers to promote from within.

      Cons

      The owner seems to be unaware of the some stores lack of procedures. Some managers have been promoted with little or no knowledge of what a manager does or why they should follow procedures from Popeyes.
