Pros

Training was very good. Thorough and professional. The training team really took pride in developing their managers so that they would be very effective when they were assigned to a particular restaurant.

Cons

This company's above store management does not have a clue when it comes to people management. Five years with no formal evaluation of job performance or pay increase. Never a thank you or realistic/obtainable goal set. Motivation was fear driven. Praising and showing appreciation for the caliber of people they employed for the wages offered was terrible. The facilities were worn down and basic air conditioning in most restaurants severely lacking.

Cons

Management does not respect employees, minimum instructions from management or from self-promoted management, made to work off of the clock
