Pros

All the teams I worked with are plentiful of friendly folks (always with exceptions, of course), there is always work to be done and many interesting challenges to be tackled. Managers usually treat employees as humans, congratulating giving constructive feedbacks; the benefits are some of the best among companies of this same category, with one of the highest VR/VA (meal aid, food aid) and there is at least a very visible effort of the company to spread a culture of inclusion, constant education on racism, LGTBQIA+ phobias and other kinds of prejudice. The infrastructure for remote work is also very good and stable.

Cons

The salary is not on the low end of the market range, but is also not the highest; it's in the middle range. For someone looking to make due to the monthly bills and having a few bucks to save for retirement the salary compensation is ok, but if one is looking for a great salary that would allow for better financial comfort, then some consideration have to be taken into account. But the biggest setback is the return from full remote work to an hybrid model where the employee has to work on site at least thrice a week. This, as I understand, is a manager by manager decision but it seems most of the teams adopted this unfortunately limiting model, which impacted many employees that were either hired from other cities or states during the beginning year of the pandemic or employees who moved to other cities to either be closer to family or even make the medium salary provided by the company into a much better salary that allowed for better financial comfort by leaving the high cost of life of São Paulo.
