Methodologies to analyze the consumer behavior, and the ecosystem for the customer retention have been working well for years. Company have been operated by small but highly skilled, inspirational individuals. They had collaborative culture and friendly atmosphere.

Cons

Concentration on a single product family, while increased number of competitors offering products in a same acne skincare category.
