Senior management knows what it wants, the road map is clear, and expectations are reasonable with opportunity to test, learn, and try new ideas. Has a healthy corporate culture that values performance and collaboration over politics. It's just a great place to work and learn about a growing facet of ecommerce.

Cons

Its in El Segundo in an office park. Our tech stack could be better, but it'll get there.

Goals can be hard to achieve depending on location and demographic Expect a lot of guests who only price check and demand TV Promotion prices. Solo work if it's a problem for you.

gained valuable experience and learned about the product. If you understand all products you can really make a strong career out of working here. They give you the tools that you need to succeed. Good customer relationships.

Cons

none come to mind. Sometimes it can be difficult to get a consistent amount of product sales. They offer very cyclical products per customer. Customers need to become dependent, or find sustained value in continuing to purchase the product.
