      Great school. Average benefits. Nice people

      Cons

      Very few growth opportunities under the new career system established for R&D. Not transferences allowed for people below B3. There are persons “more equal” than others.

      Pros

      It's a fast-paced environment with different projects every quarter due to product launches. You receive a lot of responsibility from day one. Small teams that work hard. A great place to start your career and learn a lot. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      People are highly competitive so they tend to not help each other, even if on the same team. Great people were not promoted vs. people good at office politics.

      Good place to learn, not so good compensation wise

      Generally flexible hours, good benefits package (including company car for sales employees), top management team has a good relationship with employees

      Cons

      Unclear carreer plan, unfair compensation policy, personal feedback is highly dependable on what the company can do for the employee at the moment (i.e. if you are good enough to be promoted but there is no position available for you, they will either avoid giving you feedback at all or nitpick random stuff to have a reason not to promote you, instead of just being clear that there is not position available for promotion right now)
