Pros

Early career development and growth. Serbian leadership team is great.

Cons

If you don't fit into the culture which is full of initiative, you're not going to have a good time here. They value proactive employees. If you're already experience the con is that you're gonna have to start from the junior position and work your way up again.

Pros

Fairly decent pay and lots of responsibility

Cons

Promise development and to nurture you, in reality they abandon you on day 1 and string you out to dry with an incredibly harsh and short probation with no recognition for commercial results
