Pros

Friendly environment. The company policy encourages creativities, flexibilities and work life balance. Good benefits. Truly international and a lot of great opportunities to learn and progress.

Cons

Office politics can get really bad. Some line managers are unfair, unhelpful and not professional (i.e. do not respect personal life/issue/time).

Pros

great training, intelligent people to work with, great name on resume, full responsibility upfront as a fresh graduate regardless of major

Cons

highly political, too structured for entrepreneurial types who like to try different things, not a lot of direct responsibility if satellite office

Pros

1. Stable company 2. Good working environment 3. Nice training opportunity

Cons

1. For one interested in a technical career path in R&D the career advancement opportunity is very limited. There is a bottleneck at the senior scientist level to get promoted to the next level. There is no such bottlenext in marketing, CMK, finance etc. This shows that the top management values R&D less than marketing, CMK, finance etc.
