Pros

Excellent work atmosphere. Very respectful people. Some of the smartest and nicest people will you ever meet. Corporate leaders in marketing, brand management, and project execution. Flexible work schedules and fitness centers make it very nice.

Cons

Immense disparity in how the company views various functions. For example, a collegiate new hire with a degree in English, hired into Marketing or Operations, can make a great deal more money than an individual with two Master's degrees, one in chemistry and another in physics, depending on where he/she will work within the firm. Plus the English major may be hired at least two levels higher.

Pros

Overall great company - they really care about the people that work there and realize that their employees are some of their best and most important assets. They are working hard to make salary plans, career tracks, and promotion readiness more available.

Cons

My biggest complaint would be that some people have progressed through the company that do not have the skills necessary to be good leaders. As it becomes more competitive to progress throughout the company it is frustrating to see these people at higher positions that shouldn't be.
