Laid back environment, casual work attire, tremendous technical resources to help with all you difficult questions, great salary and rewards system.

Cons

Limited geographic choices (Cincinnati, Boston, Hunt Valley, Los Angeles - overwhelming amount in Cincinnati and few in other locations). You will have to constantly change roles to move up the management ladder.
