Pros

Limitless opportunities for growth and the people you work with are the best.

Cons

The promotion and salary advances aren't as quick as other companies and the overall compensation structure is very rigid and they don't make any assumptions. Also, it's extremely competitive - so if you're not a fan of competition, it most likely isn't a great match for you.

Pros

Excellent opportunity to learn and grow with a very respected organization. There are many opportunities for those willing to work for them.

Cons

Very large organization. Difficulties being nimble and it can often take an absurd amount of time to move through policy and the ranks of approvals.
