Pros

Excellent and well established processes, great and talented professionals. Excellent reputation, global, great brands. Good benefits. Strive for excellence. Respect for diversity. Excellent place to learn the consumer products business.

Cons

New people right out of college are typically satisfied with their advancement because their relationships develop slowly and they have no expectation regarding speed of advancement since they've never worked anywhere else. If you are a seasoned professional coming in mid career, your advancement will be slow because you have to build a strong network to advance at P&G. The relationships come first, the work and your performance are second.

Pros

'couse it's the best place to work. when there's the finacial crisis all over the world p&g has increased me my salary. they're abnormal and i'm shocked and i accepted it by heard

Cons

no way to change your function. it's business needs and i understand it. but it's something more. in p&g is one principle marking out the company within the others. i mean "growth from within". i come 2 the company. and when you can't change the function you need to leave the company if you want to try something new in your career

Pros

Large company and very prestigious. Hands on work for everyone, and as an intern, you're able to interact with a lot of higher-ups. They also have activities for interns, so you're not all alone in your free time outside of work. The hours are good, and can be flexible from day-to-day, providing you give enough notice to your manager. Overall, I felt this was a good experience for such a large corporation. There are plenty of opportunities to travel and advance or move around the company.

Cons

Cincinnati is just a midwestern city, personally, I crave more sometimes, although it was fun living in one dorm at Xavier with all the other interns.
