      • On time payroll: with proxify you don't need to worry about delayed invoices. • Solid work agreements: they have designed the perfect work agreement so you don't to be a lawyer in order to work with your engagements • dedicated client managers: with proxify you will have a person always managing your business with your engagements

      Cons

      • unpaid vacation: you will not get paid if you take a time off • daily check-in: you have to report each day and it's time consuming

      They are very collaborative. Good platform to apply for jobs

      Cons

      Rate is not that good. They ask you for a rate, and then they try to decrease it on the first call. Then if you get accepted they will also send you a lower rate. The review process is once a year, and it takes months to have a increase for 10% maybe. A lot of developers, not a lot of projects. Workforce doesnt match the demand. It may take you months to get projects.
