      Pros

      The opportunities have arisen consistently for me as a BI Analyst/Data Engineer. There are very interesting companies that offer work and they have great cultures. My experience with a particular client enabled me to work with great flexibility and learnings. I feel apart of the team.

      Cons

      There are not enough opportunities for all developers/users as the intake is quite huge and the lack of client opportunities are seen on job posts and user groups.

However, we're actively working to increase our client base to offer more consistent project options.
