      Pros

      They are very collaborative. Good platform to apply for jobs

      Cons

      Rate is not that good. They ask you for a rate, and then they try to decrease it on the first call. Then if you get accepted they will also send you a lower rate. The review process is once a year, and it takes months to have a increase for 10% maybe. A lot of developers, not a lot of projects. Workforce doesnt match the demand. It may take you months to get projects.

      Pros

      Proxify found my first client within 2-3 weeks after joining. Upon finishing the first collaboration, second client was also found within 2-3 weeks. So far, great experience with matching clients with my skills. Great hourly rates. Great time tracking / payment system. Great transparency and communication.

      Cons

      Most clients who work with Proxify are relatively small, so the lack of strong financial stability can sometimes make you "lose" clients.
