      Proxify is great place for freelancer. You can find related job more easier than other network. Also, hourly rate is reasonable for freelancing.

      Generally working with smaller team and it is hard learning something from teams. You are alone for personal improvements.

      Hiring process is faster and more human than others. It's easy to solve issues in their slack. Decent time reports. Not much to complain really

      Cons

      Could pay me way better. The check-in tool is 6/10, you better f5 before each check-in and will take few days to understand all options.
