      Pros

      Very humble people but they are of no use.

      Cons

      So many. No Guarantee of work. No transparency in anything. No Vacation. Always late replies. This cannot be taken as full time oppurtunity as there's no guarantee that you will get the job here. I applied for more than30+ jobs in last 3 months but did not get one single response.

      - great atmosphere and culture - ambitious, motivated, professional and very friendly/helpful working colleagues - stunning office in the middle of Stockholm - flexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely as much as you want

      Cons

      - none so far; I can only recommend working there!

      Pros

      My first year at the company was pretty good - true startup spirit! Management seemed to be caring and supportive. We automated a lot of processes.

      Cons

      Corporate culture slowly turned into a toxic one. Almost not possible to grow internally. If they promote someone, they choose junior people because it is easier to manipulate them. While having a second office in Kyiv, Ukraine, they didn't support their Ukrainian team when russian invasion started.
