      - Great management and friendly corporate culture. Everyone is nice and ready to help. - Your feedback is always taken into account, a lot of room for your initiatives. - Great work-life balance, no overtime, everyone respects your time

      Cons

      - The environment is pretty dynamic; a lot of things can change in the process. The approach here is that it's better to give it a try, test something, see how it goes, and then make a conclusion about it. You can learn a lot, but for someone, it might be a bit stressful - Benefit package is quite limited: just PTO's + budget for home office. No medical insurance, gym coverage, etc

      Cons

      The process of getting your first client sometimes can be really slow. Hourly rate increases really slow and the increase is really small. Working in a flexible mode/gigs, instead of part-time or full-time can result in losing a client overnight. You are still a freelancer, not an employee with no significant benefits
