      Pros

      It is an excellent star for your career. You can learn the technical aspect of your career, and also how a big firm operates with internal procedures. Team with complementary technical background which can enhance the exchange of information and opinions.

      Cons

      Since a lot of people decide to stay in the firm for a limited number of years, the more time you stay, the more you can notice that it is hard for the firm to allocate an adequate number of people to accomplish each project. After a while, you may find yourself surrounded by people with less skills to perform the job, which you have to train in a very fast pace, and still find time to accomplish your own tasks. There is a general idea that you have to accomplish the tasks in a given amount of time in order to be competent, which is good. But I had the sensation that each time I had less time to accomplish the jobs that could not be not under a certain minimum amount of time. This can lead to projects being done with less quality at expense of your individual reputation. The remuneration is greatly underpaid. Bonus is a mere formality. A great deal of internal procedures to be accomplished for getting your job done (internal bureaucracy).

      Great working-student experience at Sustainability Services, excellent team and work environment. Dynamic and fast paced, you can learn a lot from the colleagues and interact with clients on different projects also with different scopes. I would highly recommend as an internship in order to learn more about sustainability consulting.
