Pros

Strong brand, reputation, work life balance, and business in general

Cons

LDP leadership development program. The program used to be the most desired and strong path towards an executive development. However, this has completely changed over the past two years given nee program management that brought in destructive and restrictive approach. Examples are: lack of flexibility to rotate in areas of personal interest, micro-management (even your COFFEE CHATS ARE MONITORED!!!!!!, creation of new rules in the middle of the program without any notice, that were not communicated during the recruitment process, that drastically jeopardize associates opportunities and experience. Authoritarian management that believes are dealing with kindergarten (when it’s actually top notch professionals and future leaders). They NO LONGER HAVE THE BEST INTEREST OF YOUR CAREER IN MIND. In the very last rotation, associates who receive phenomenal internal job offers are being forbidden to accept the job and bound to the program for another 2 or 3 months only for management EGO. This DOES NOT align with ONE RBC approach or associates careers.
