The culture is good. Work-Life balance is great. Laid-back Canadian lifestyle.

Cons

Smart people are few and most people are grandfathered in their jobs and have no motivation to do anything exciting. If you want a paycheck and go home, this is the place. Not many senior level positions to advance to.
