Pros

The culture is great and so are the people.

Cons

Compensation is much too low and often does not get better over time. While management can be great, many Advisors are horrible to their teams with no repercussions.

Pros

Good perks, free banking products, better rates on loans

Cons

On the phone all day, stats make you nervous and distract you thus sometimes you could perform poorly, when your manager doesn't like you she/he uses isolation techniques to make you quit, coaching is useless they only care to do what they have to do under specific guidelines but in fact they do not provide truthful advice.
