Work / life balance isn 't as balance as touted Working remotely is very limited to certain areas Contractors over full time is management preference Women promotion to senior positions is more based on gender than merit Senior management not as diverse as promoted (i.e. all senior executives are white with two token females) Opportunities listed are often already assigned to preferred candidates
