Cons

SALES SALES SALES managers wants sales and sales only they even ask us to open account without clients consent and much more.. horrible! Salary you may ask? well $5000 to $9000 under what other banks have to offer.

Pros

- Pay is decent but does seem like should be getting more for amount of work and stress - Building is nice -

Cons

- Call Centre - Every move you make is monitored. Even for going to the washroom - Lots of abuse taken from clients - Management expects you to know everything after 1 month of taking calls

Pros

It is a big company, so you have plenty opportunities to learn from different departments. Their computer system is one the best among big five.

Cons

There are a lot of nepotism and favoritism. Most of the people got promoted or hired are based on whom their parents or friends are.
