Pros

Supportive atmosphere if you are a good worker. Some managers will be very proactive in helping you pursue career goals. Great benefits.

Cons

A lot of little details can become annoying (ie shift times). High sales targets put a lot of pressure on sales staff, leads to some employees inflating sales figures and clients not always getting the right solution.
