Pros

Pleasant working environment with a focus on allowing self motivated individuals to achieve results. Nice art on the walls.

Cons

Little to no effort to to pay employees industry standard salaries or provide transparency to employees in regards to salary and compensation, and an increasing effort to offload clerical managerial tasks to the employees - creating an even larger burden on employees to pepper HR profiles with worthless buzzword fluff. They've hired approximately 4 POC and champion their values of diversity, but don't expect to see many brown faces beyond the Operations level. Just as white as any old guard mega-corp.

Pros

Easy to get hired, a lot of coaching for those who are new to sales.

Cons

Salaries are mediocre at best in comparison to its industry. Once inside they will talk incessantly about results, and that they award people on a meritorious basis, yet it is easy to recognize the internal politics being the only real way to forge ahead.

Pros

Great team, lots of support, interesting and challenging tasks. Good opportunities to interact with colleagues across the markets, to share knowledge and get ideas on how to solve ongoing problems or build up skills for promotion / change of role.

Cons

Too complex a structure at times. The job can get very stressful at times, the position is overloaded. Though there are lost of promotions within, it may take forever to grow to a really meaningful role.
