Pros

- access to career and development opportunities - a lot of on the job support available - consistent and ongoing feedback - opportunities for advancement - good entry level job for those with little or no work experience / new grads

Cons

- poor work life balance - you must account for every single MINUTE of your work day - for ex. you are only allowed 21 minutes (yes 21 minutes exactly) in a day to be away from your computer minus your scheduled breaks - these 21 mins include coffee breaks, trips to the vending machines, leaving your desk to talk to a supervisor, washroom breaks, and if you need to leave 5 mins early to catch a bus!

Pros

Awesome people to work with, great place for meeting people, benefits for non-full time employees, advancement opportunities, helps to develop skills where you may be having a tough time learning

Cons

bad morale, ridiculous referral goals, high pressure, TERRIBLE pay, poor management, advancement opportunities if your manager likes you, clients are sometimes awful, getting yelled at by clients over things you can't control
