Absolutely nothing good to say about RBC Capital Markets, especially US side, they treat people like garbage.

Cons

RBC Capital Markets from US side are treat people like garbage. RBC HR do nothing about it. Instead of investigating it, they just cover things up. Very disappointed.

the people you work with are great! The training is 2nd to none. a great place to start a rewarding career.

Cons

seem to be merging positions and setting higher targets to achieve but not increasing salaries. plans to reduce benefits and more difficult to get bonuses yet the company continues to show record profits yr over yr.
