Pros

Professional atmosphere, If you're willing to pay for your own marketing supplies they offer professional looking materials... You can write off your expenses, which is good...you'll have a bunch!

Cons

No clearly defined territory pitting all the Mortgage Specialists against one another No lines drawn in the sand as far as Realtor Market Credit adjudication is big brother No budget for marketing, everything is out of pocket for the specialist Having to pay for my own business cards? really Branch thinking you make more money then they do.

Pros

RBC is a great company to work at from a benefits and fairness to the employee perspective. In general, the pay and workload is fair and I genuinely liked working there

Cons

Overall strategy from the top down is a disaster. Senior management hires consultants to hide their own futility and the result was a sale to PNC Bank. Too bad.
