Fixed hours - work alongside market open and close. Pretty relaxed management style.

Cons

Very stressful environment - production issues have to be fixed all day and every day before market open. The work is quite repetitive, reading info from feeds or files and some light manipulation. Following that, gets sent out to GUIS.
