RBC Leasing Manager

Business Outlook

Pros

Excellent peer support, constant betterment programs available for the asking, better than average job security (despite what is currently in the news!) Company employs 85 000 worldwide. Career change is available to those who seek it. Open channel communication to your direct manager and their seniors.

Cons

Slow to change, even when bugs are apparent. Very big organization and that means that there are many demands from different areas, and meeting them all is a challenge.
