Pros

I didn't have any banking experience before I start royal bank. So their training program is very good. I learned a lot. Definitely it developed me personally.

Cons

I would say favoritism and it also depends which bank you are working. So if you want to move sometimes there is very minimum support from the management and of course the salary.

Pros

The company offers employees a lot of flexibility and all the necessary tools. Corporate culture is very (almost overly) friendly and help from the home office is forthcoming and sincere.

Cons

The company is often slow to adapt to change in the industry and one of the last firms to introduce "new" products. Compensation is adequate but upside is limited.
