Pros

Good health and pension benefits. Bank will buy shares for employee. Paid vacation and sick leave days. Diversity of people.

Cons

No opportunities to grow, unless you know someone in the bank. Bank is downsizing and cutting positions in the branch lately.

Cons

- lower pay than other insurance companies - in terms of technology they are slowly trying to catch up with their competitors (i.e. paperless claims, workfrom home) -alot of paper pushing
