Pros

The work load is not as much as other banks, however, they keep the number of employees at a branck at a skeleton.

Cons

It is very difficult to get into the inner core. One feels like an outsider for a very long time. Training is not thorough and product knowledge is not indepth. Turn over is very high and the help line is always busy.

Pros

We are the buy-side. Good to know different mutual funds and get really good connections. Colleagues are friendly and willing to help.

Cons

The working pace is slow and tedious compared with investment banking. The tasks are not enough challenging to realize one's potentials.
