Pros

Great pay. start out at about $30,000 per yr which turns out to about $15.34 per hr. Full time work 37.5 hrs per week. After tax make about $1800 per month on average.

Cons

on the phone. some clients can get very annoying and make you wanna quit your job. Just have to get used to the clients who wanna have horrible attitudes and learn to IGNORE them or you will have a hard time at work.

Pros

It is located in the middle of downtown Minneapolis and they help pay for transportation from the suburbs.

Cons

RBC has some managers that are moving the company in the wrong direction. The back office systems at RBC have been down graded back in 2008. They thought it was an improvement, but they were wrong. They have taken away all the employe perks that were in place when I started and they don't even have Jeans day's ( which are free to the company)!
