Pros

The salary was ok, compared to market competition.

Cons

Everything else. Goals so high nobody can reach them- reminds me of Wachovia (which is why I left that bank too). Priorities grossly mismanaged...customer service support from the back office was putrid, everyone passed the buck, and no one...NOT ONE PERSON took any responsibility for anything. Higher level managers were all promoted based on politics. This bank is a backward, dog-eat-dog, showcase of Corporate America Disgust.

Pros

great training, good benefits, great co-workers, some management are reasonable however not always informative, not treated as an equal by management

Cons

way too much selling involved in ALL RBC roles, even bank tellers are required to "sell" products and can affect bonuses and annual salary reviews
