I found RBC one of the great employer and I will recommend RBC to others who are looking for jobs in banking or financial sectors.

Cons

Sometimes I think RBC need to focuse more in enhancing customer services by improving the free basic faicilities such as more ATMs and teaming up with other banks to use their ATMs free of charge whcih is very normal in the other developed countries like the UK.
