Pros

- Shop pulled in people from all over the street in all areas of Capital Markets across Equities and Fixed Income - Good place to start out your career as there is room for advancement;

Cons

- Not all groups are built out so the firm lacks the reputation - Room for improvement in product base and accountability for management teams

RBC employees were very friendly and approachable. Any problems or questions you may have, you can easily go to the management and they'll make sure that it gets taken cared of.

Cons

Other than rude customers, the experience was pretty good.
