Pros

It's a winning company that presents many advancement opportunities. It also does a lot in the community and allows their employees to participate (in many cases during work days and they are still paid).

Cons

Some management have the old-school banker mentality and tend to overlook the younger employees as "they have plenty of years ahead of them". Even if they are a top-performer who has been recognized as such.

Pros

Stable jobs, lots of training, training is very well done, mostly nice coworkers. Good opportunities for advancement for people who like bank jobs, often even if they don't have a college degree.

Cons

Boring, non creative jobs. Some managers are deceptive about your position with the company and other matters that pertain directly to an employee. Managers need more training to have a more humain touch when handling people.
