Pros

Beautiful Building, free parking. Cafeteria and Tim Hortons. Excellent Employee Benefits. Staff Benefits, stock sharing, free banking and discount financial products for staff. Good Corporate company image.

Cons

Limited opportunity to advance. New staff will have poor or no choice of shift and vacation selections.

Professional atmosphere, If you're willing to pay for your own marketing supplies they offer professional looking materials... You can write off your expenses, which is good...you'll have a bunch!

Cons

No clearly defined territory pitting all the Mortgage Specialists against one another No lines drawn in the sand as far as Realtor Market Credit adjudication is big brother No budget for marketing, everything is out of pocket for the specialist Having to pay for my own business cards? really Branch thinking you make more money then they do.
