Pros

Pretty humane bank most people aren't completely full of themselves. Pay is overall solid but not fantastic either. The seniors are about 50% exceptional

Cons

50% of seniors are mediocre paper pushers Relatively poor HR management which has recently seen some of the best performers get fired.

Pros

Technology and internal applications are some of the bests in the industry

Cons

The sun rises and sets on Toronto. If you're not in that market new policy that is implemented by Managment may be more of a hindrance then a benefit. Most Policy is designed around how affective it is in large centers like Toronto and Vancouver. RBC does not focus on rural markets that way they focus on urban markets
