Pros

Benefits pack is good pro

Cons

20 year employee making only 45K Pay is way too low for what's asked of you everything you do on your pc is watched all day, severe micromanaging Job keeps taking on responsibilities that were not in job description but pay doesn't increase Management has lost their care for employees and clients. It's all about corporate greed now. 6 years ago and before they were a great company to work for. Now, I wouldn't recommend them at all. On a war path to fire tenured reps and bring on "new comers" to replace. I'm not racist at all. But, in 10 years workplace was apx 70% Canadians. Now were the minority. Apx 70% immigrants who barely speak English. Clients are noticing and are not liking this aspect. RBC has moved to being a soul less, money hungry, green washing monster. I've seen probably a 40% increase in staff on leave due to burn out in last 5 years
