      Easy to be a "star", as the company is struggling with process change. Excellent benefits. Plenty of opportunity to advance and demonstrate leadership.

      Cons

      Constant change can be frustrating. "Old" company that is struggling to change "the way we've always done it".

      Good People to work with, flexible schedule, and the company has a noble mission.

      Cons

      Management is a mixed bag. Frequent turnover, infighting, and questionable logic applied to strategy from the director level on up has led to some inconsistent performance over the past 5 years. Upward mobility in the company is non existent.
